At a time when affordable rehearsal facilities were limited, we wanted to create an environment that was welcoming, creative and accessible to everyone. Whether you were an experienced performer, a new band finding your sound or simply someone who loved making music, the jam shop offered a place to belong.
Wings Over Pembrokeshire, co-founded by Shane Pearce and Martin Jones as an inclusive community music project dedicated to ensuring that people with learning disabilities and additional needs had the opportunity to create, perform and enjoy music alongside professional musicians and volunteers. Built on the belief that music brings people together, the project helped participants develop confidence, friendships and self expression through regular jam sessions, live performances and community events. Wings Over Pembrokeshire became a respected example of social inclusion, demonstrating that creativity has the power to break down barriers and enrich lives across the community.
Rooftops Live Lounge was created to support and showcase independent musicians by providing a platform where local artists could perform, record and share their music with a wider audience. Combining live performances with digital media, the project promoted original talent while building a creative community around music, collaboration and opportunity. More than just a live music venue, Rooftops Live Lounge demonstrated how creativity and technology could work together to help emerging artists gain exposure and inspire others to pursue their passion. I was the Managing Director of CBS Fibre Optics Ltd 2014 to 2020 overseeing network infrastructure, data centre installations, and fibre optic deployments for multinational companies. Network planning, fusion splicing, fault finding, and civil engineering. Worked with industry leaders including Microsoft Nederland, Equinix Netherlands, Colt Technology Services, and CCC Network Systems, Impact Data Solutions and many others. I have Extensive experience in installation, testing, fault finding and maintaining high performance optical fibre networks. My responsibilities included the implementation of company policies strategic growth and operations, financial control systems, maintaining operational performance and representing the company to major customers and professional associations. I am ‘hands on’ with fibre & data installations from the initial consultation right through to the installation and handover to ensure communication between all parties is maintained and the team has the ability to deliver on time and within budget.

2013 I started developing Live Install Tracker® to improve communication and efficiency for engineers, project managers and the end user/client. The whole design based on simple indications using a three colour system, a job ledger page and an active excel sheet which tracked progress of installations. 2014 April 25th was the first recorded use of Live Install Tracker on projects in Amsterdam, over 32 different projects and the first part of Live Install Tracker was openly shared on Huddle, one of the first collaborative workspaces at the time. 2016 Work started on the next stage of LiVE Install Tracker to be launched as an application for projects after the successful testing of the first part of the system over the previous 2 years. 2017 Live Install Tracker trademark applied for in business management and analysis tools. We also successfully deployed and tested an application for phase 2 of the application design, nothing shared on any workspaces. 2018 Final phase build and testing when my mother got ill with cancer, my whole focus shifted and plans for Live Install Tracker® were put on hold, the application has now been developed for use in multiple fields including healthcare, looks like it's time for CHANGE!
HempWorx is a U.S based CBD wellness company that launched in 2017 during the rapid growth of the American hemp industry. Founded by Josh and Jenna Zwagil, the company became known for producing hemp derived CBD oils, topicals and wellness products using CO₂ extraction and third party laboratory testing to promote quality and transparency. Through its education first approach, HempWorx helped introduce many people to CBD and played a significant role in increasing awareness of hemp derived wellness products across the United States and internationally.

gr0w was founded in 2019 following my mother's breast cancer diagnosis. What began as a personal search for knowledge and support quickly evolved into a wider mission to help others navigate their own health and wellbeing journeys. Combining technology, education, lived experience and a compassionate approach to care, gr0w© was established to empower individuals with reliable information, practical support and access to personalised wellbeing solutions. Over time, the project has grown into a community driven initiative focused on improving lives through prevention, intervention and innovation.
